https://tradesmartonline.in/help/how-does-the-auction-process-work-in-case-of-short-delivery/ normally i would think a bull trigger.. otw - NCI is bbeing traded in an auctions desk from 14:00 to 14:45 hours.. last week it closed in the 9's..  they were sold @ auction for 1.10 and 1.00 this is Dealer -2- Dealer.. its not open market trading..  used to cerrect imbalances in share ...more
