watching my board - real time.. it appears to B the NCI stoks R really in very short supply.. this Virtu sell/buy started a couple weeks ago.. and it looks to B 100% fully automated fractional swapping.. there is no real market.. its simply bots.. the implied auctions have not been seen for several days - not in paint the wall N parking lot... the frankfort is
