WTF

They just consolidated the company, then they issue 100+ MILLION SHARES at rock bottom prices. The problem here is the management. WTF.

It's low but 'rock bottom' was 50 cents about 5 weeks ago.

the syndicate sets the price = based on asset ?  if this is the case they will set a reserve price headed into the overnite auction.. these stoks are first and formost ONLY sold to dealers w/n the Syndication.. the overallotment will also B sold in the auction.. this is a Dealers Auction..  only the big Ca banks are allowed to buy first round... I buy these syndicate instruments from ...more

Consolidation doesn't change the fact that they're broke. Consolidating then financing should allow the SP to move provided they can become profitable. Not guaranteed. Still not out of the woods.
