the raise increased to $114 million = however the current

liabilities at Sept 30 are$ 264 million !!!  So raising $114,million brings the current liabilities down to something over $150million- with essentially no current assets!

Possibly a 2nd Russian Colonoscopy is needed to make things work??

This certainly appears to be the actions of Desparate People!
