and usually the market over-reacts to this kind of news.  If that is the case then what will be the share price or fair value after the bounce back.  If it will go up it doesn't matter what you thought of the last deal, it's the opportuity now that counts.

i am thinking some intrinsik valuations here...  scoti came in around feb and sold their storks.. i would B nice to see the dealer terms - locks etc; presently it looks like a free for all goodies N grab.. set this to a year....  there is always some critter jamming the stok sideways from 2 to a 165..  tis is going to take several weeks... i am flabbergasted they are going to ...more

" am thinking some intrinsik valuations here.." isn't it simple enough for an ol’ desert rat to understand?  If you have a 10% increase in shares, you should lose 10% in PPS.  That would seem a "fair valuation" since that was the stock's valuation before the dilution.  If the price falls more than 10% it may well offer a quick opportunity for a ...more

Ur correct...  but NCI or Vlad did not deliver as advertized...  if this had gone to auction...  the auction price is limited to 20% +/- the high of wed / each week... had that been auctioned -as-advertized dealer 2 dealer (taking deliver at close of auction)..  the stok would have come across the ramp @ -.87..  wed high was 109.. the auction was advertized as UNITS.. i ...more

This is nothing more than the mining days of old. The big players with deep pockets behind the scene pulling the strings simply must make their money on the backs of the public shareholders. Why would they change now? They're putting up the big bucks and need to take care of themselves first. Why is anyone surprised about this, especially with all of the current issues at the mine?

Believe it or no, that's not the reason. You do realize that normal, hard working people get sucked into the pumpers dream of making 3x, 5x, 10x on their money in no time flat because of many of these posts?
