and usually the market over-reacts to this kind of news.  If that is the case then what will be the share price or fair value after the bounce back.  If it will go up it doesn't matter what you thought of the last deal, it's the opportuity now that counts.

Ur correct...  but NCI or Vlad did not deliver as advertized...  if this had gone to auction...  the auction price is limited to 20% +/- the high of wed / each week... had that been auctioned -as-advertized dealer 2 dealer (taking deliver at close of auction)..  the stok would have come across the ramp @ -.87..  wed high was 109.. the auction was advertized as UNITS.. i

This is nothing more than the mining days of old. The big players with deep pockets behind the scene pulling the strings simply must make their money on the backs of the public shareholders. Why would they change now? They're putting up the big bucks and need to take care of themselves first. Why is anyone surprised about this, especially with all of the current issues at the mine?
