NCI Published an Auction to be Completed by Dealers and Underwrites thru a Syndicate..

today w/o notice they swapped abd went thru the structuring w a dilutional public offering of stoks..

this is clearly below the wed high of 1.09..  dealer auction rules are +/- 20%

had this gone to auction.. the offering could not hv been priced less than 0.87..

this is not actually somebody loan me a dime..  they owe me  dime !

Scotia owes us a dime ! [e-mail] send them a note and complain they switched SEDARS and halted TSX Trading by ITG Bakporting.. Scotia front ran the stoks at 32% less than auction // the' given which should hav been 87 and auctions limits at 20% they published auction for the 29th and next day engaged in Front Running w an open market..  i am an investor - not a standing

westie   i don't kno any of this..  i went bak and looed at the part UNIT.. i lookd for a pricing of the warrants i did not see this and assumed the stoks units meant 2 share + one warrant to encompass the unit.  i am thinking like a gun auction or a farm auction..  e..g.  whattdda do i giv fo 500 units of NCI  !!  not 200 stoks then 100 warrants..
