Agreed bought some at .74. The company has the money to account for the dilution. When the market stops pouting this should move up.

Yup. This takes the short term finance off our backs and give a very accepted debt to mc ratio. It leaves plenty of cash to ramp up ug. Also plenty of cash to drill out op and satelites. It was like adding 4 ug equiv. mines. The op mill will b soon and big. They will haul the satelite ore to it as well. Looks good. nf

I will approve once you start using proper names. But you probably do it on purpose, no? You think you are funny or smart. Care to tell us what you do and send us your CV. Just for my entertainment

patchh, I continue to be confused by your comments. You keep referring to what you call the AFS. I can find the IFS (interim financial statements) from November 10, 2021 on Sedar. Is that the document you are referring to?

if you cannot trust managment, well, discount sh1t is still sh1t https://financialpost.com/commodities/mining/cobalt-27-faces-investor-outcry-amid-accusations-its-selling-crown-jewel-assets-at-a-loss I'm debating whether to buy back in, but man, those Pala guys and their hand picked boards are sociopathic.

From that cobalt article: Before the sale was announced on June 17, Cobalt 27’s shares traded at $3.47, and had a 20-day volume weighted average of $3.95. The deal offers $3.57 in cash, plus the Nickel 28 shares, which the company valued at $2.18 for a total of $5.75 per share Looks like a large premium to me. Am I missing something?

they sold the company's crown jewel when cobalt prices were their lowest to ...wait for it... Pala; and gave the ceo etc. millions and millions for negotiating such an amazing deal (trash Nickel assets and a couple of dollars to the shareholders). NCU @.74 should be instabuy, but you are dealing with crooks.
