Turb; have you looked at the positing of the Interim 3rd quarter financials  back on November 10th??

I think it is important to identify the issue with Nevada Copper = it isnt a Garbage Company!

The Pluses++
It has a great property much of which hasnt been fully explored
It has a mine and a mill which are coming on stream which will operate for  50-100 YRS 
In a great mining jurisdiction 
The price of copper is good and looks like it will continue to rise

The Negatives - - -
Covid  and all the bad things that have accompanied 
Overly confident  young men in Zug who want to be important yet lack mining experience
Poster Boy Independent Directors who havent been able to demonstrate their knowledge & connections
Under funding of the company 
Lack of any respect for the retail investors 
Very poor communications - with the result that investors are blindsided
How many CEO's have they had?? 

The result 
- the name PALA has a very bad odour  resulting in Negative Goodwill
-Pala knows that they have scewed up and thus dont even admit they own NCU
- the stock is trading well below where it should be
-Pala is trying to reinvent itself - with a new website that  says a lot but tells nothing
- most important =investors dont trust PALA - ie would you buy a used car from these guys?
-Russians are use to stealling from countrymen and think westerners are Russians.
-the wrong people have been replaced - ie CEO's & not the PALA experts

The Solution
- Pala needs to admit that they scewed up- & badly
- Pala needs to provide full disclosure = ie much better communication ie anticipate vs cover up 
-Pala needs to let Vlad's son do what he wants - 
-Pala needs to close their Zug office and be silent investors - ie would you trust them?
-Pala needs to put NCU "IN PLAY"   and soon

The final result if NCU  was put in play 
- NCU stock would go up 50% to 50 times and quickly
- Vlad would sleep better
-Vlad would be praised for his wisdom
- The independent directors would be much happier  as they retire 
- there would be some available space in Zug, and some looking for jobs

Rock, you sound like a broken record saying the same thing over and over. Couple of observations  1. Why are you credible to judge Pala (spare me with your experience as retail which is irrelevant)? Have you ever visited a mine? Have you visited NCU? You say the asset is easy to operate and great therefore if it fails, it must be because of Pala. No underground mine at 2% copper grade is

Presently that IFS is un-audited by intrnational standards.. if NCI is designating the mine as an impared asset (same deal as wreking that car on a US IRS Deduction Scedule) - based on Cash Generating UNit.. that
