Further to the comments of Peter - our new board member I
took a few minutes to look at the public record=SEDAR
I havent yet put share price to the dates but note some of the interesting dates;
-Feb 13 2018 = Giulio Banofacio retiring ( we wouldnt be in this mess if they had kept him in charge
A Jonker was the short lived interim CEO
-Feb 28/18 announce formation of an Advisory Board with Albanese & Nutter . At that time E Lorich was the chairman of the Board.
- March 1 Stephen Gill replaces E Lorich as board chair
-March 26 David Swisher VP Operations
-Tim Dake General manager
-Mark Wall chief commercial officer
April 25 = Matt Gilli CEO
May 4= new Board
No news Nov 15 to Feb 25 2019
March 28,19 Swisher to Sr VP , Phil Day to member of the board ( for short time)
June 17 AGM = Board vote big # vote against s Gill, & E Lorich
May 6 - Pala puts in $$ and is "providing strategic advice"
Dec 17/19= Pala bought shares at 29 cnts ie $2.90 after consolidation.
May 8 2020= M Gili gone
I suggest all review as it is interesting to see some of the history.
I will dig out the price per share on the key dates;
Feb 13,2018
May 8,2020
We do hope that some of this history helps others understand the company.

This is irrelevant. This is the past. NCu has issued 2.5x its existing share count. The value will never be to the level you first invested few years ago. I really dislike idiots like you that can't own it to their own mistake. Investing is a zero sum game and you are a loser. Fact
