Mrmomo: you might. MIGHT be right?

But why given the repeated failures do you think this is the right time to buy?

Please advise why you now trust  Vlad and his 3 amigos?

I ask this as you seem to be suggesting that the only problem was insufficient financing? And that the young men in ZUG  are competent in running the show!

Could you confirm that you think that the only problem with NCU was lack of $$$?

Maybe it was insufficient financing for the problems, and we know there always are some; and I'm not sure Pala had the heft to reserve enough capital for unanticipated events, like the commodity bust.  Who knows what problems that caused mgt. and those in far away places?  More stress?  Cutting corners?  Who knows? There’s a stink on the stock ‘cuz they smell a rat, and ...more

You continue to demonstrate you have no clue how a company operate, let alone a mining business. This is not a reputation issue, it is an execution issue. Even if they found the perfect independent director and the mine gets flooded again, do you think people will buy the stock because of the director. Tom Albenese fits that definition anyway and look at the stock. Bottom line the asset sucks  ...more

as an exercise, lets look at the upside. This is just a narrative look, no math. There is a new ceo, balance sheet is fine, wont have another PP for a while, fans will be in place within the month, market has taken a huge dump today because of Jerome and Omicron, NCU has a terrible rep which has pushed the price down...it is possible .50-.55 is rock bottom as the only thing it would take to get ...more

Wait a second here, you think the balance sheet is fine? What about the fact that the only thing being mined now is peanuts whilst they burn through $10M per month with the dyke issue still unresolved? $60M of cash burn from now until June with what income from mining operations to stem the tide? What happens in May when they need more money? What press release has management put forth in the last ...more

No math, remember ;) I am a sentiment guy and want assets that have a high hate quotient when i buy, but with a reasonable chance of having that quotient turn around. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. But since i am playing with 'sometimes works' money, i am ok with whatever happens.  as far as balance sheet goes, yeah it seems ok till next summer and we will see if they can get ...more
