Confusing info! ?

I started to put down what I think but got even more confused;

End result  Vlad started with 224,627,115 warrants and ended with 220,627,115

Added 10,000,000 shares to his holdings

However not sure what has happened = but sort of reminds me of being pick pocketed in Rome

Are you confused  I am  and have but have that feeling like somebody has been into my pockets 

Not the feeling of being impailed - rather just a smooth pickpocketing= Russian style!

Rock... when you own warrants you own options (almost the same thing but with a different name.) Options or warrants give you the 'option' of buying shares from the company treasury thus creating more shares (dilution.) This is the difference between 'diluted' and un diluted share base. Someone with knowledge about : Corp Structure ? Rule ? Regulations ? Or Corp raiders can shed some lights here with Pala's option exercise ? Must be a reason to do this ??? Of course Pala did exercise their rights but " FOR WHAT  and WHY ? " . Payla owns the Bond that provides excursion cash.  Payla is an invetment capitol company. in theory w solway moving in to set a director on the NCI Board.  Vlads bottom feeding days are a thing of the past...  since 2019 Payla hascollected somehitng like 97M$ in fees. the real possibility of the shot 2 the bak of head -is- day NCI makes a couple quarters of pos cash flow; thats ...more

almost have to be the new ones  ?? the B wts hav to B approived by the shareholders in a Vote.. https://www.thecse.com/en/listings/other-canadian-listed-securities/nevada-copper-corp-warrants-0 the NCI Wts were sold on the zero coupon Canadian T-Bill and then' priced according to Blackfield Shoales. NCI Re-rpiced the Jan wts to 0.005 (2021) using the BS Formulations in the last IFS..  ...more
