there isn't much talk here yet about that (seemingly) early $6,000,000 warrant excersize

Questions:

Why now. If you have 18 months to excersize?

Is it because buying 60 cent shares in the market would just quickly run the price up and Pala does not currently see a benefit in that?

Pala received about 49 million warrants from the financing and is now paying up for about 12% of them. Any reasonable ideas out there as to the strategy of paying $1.00 now?

as ol Joe Stalin said 'its not who votes -but- who countsthe votes"! them B's hav 2 B approved by the shareholders.. oss-sooo !  if the big bank consortium including the nesters @ CBOT/Vuze hold large pools of NCI not in the public float.. will they/them vote to approve the B's ?
