I don't see any tax reason for VLADs actions as there. shoold be more tax shield  than could possibly be needed!

i think NCI bad debted the NCI Common tied to the re-priced Jan wts @ o.oo5,, the securities in question hav a IROC serial number(S) and will B re-patriated in 2022.. that why we really need a certified Finicial Statment - not a column IFS prepred by managment.. we can only guess from the last ifs mess ! the bull sign i care about, and what makes me think Vlad will let the price run, is the hiring of expensive, competent staff/management, including the ceo.
