You comment that NCU had to take on more debt!

Debt would be ok however one of the concerning issues is that rather than taking on debt which treats  all shareholders equally however a significant  issue is that funds were put in by PALA & friends at very low prices per share significantly lowering the average price per share ie the average price paid ie ACB 

Also retail shareholders would love the opportunity to reduce their average price per share!

The last time I checked Pala paid what if I remember correctly 77 cents and maybe got some buck warrants. As you keep saying Rocky Also retail shareholders would love the opportunity to reduce their average price per share! I think we had the last month to buy less than th( but if you have all your money in and just sat there you deserve to have a $4 dollar average..at least Pala kept investing ...more

Isn't it all just - "O God, give us the serenity to accept what cannot be changed, the courage to change what can be changed, and the wisdom to know the one from the other." I can understand how you feel, but when apparent misfortune arrives I would blame my own karma, if I knew for certain, that the alternative path not taken wasn't worse. b.
