It will be best for all = For Vlad, his son & extended family, for the Zug Brigade, for the poster boy directors, the loyal employees  and most of all for the retail shareholders.

We all appreciate that mistakes can be made however, for Vlad, #4, and all the directors to continue to shadow box this development is irresponsible.

Just admit "we made a mistake, we screwed up, however now that we understand the mess we are willing to do the best for ALL  the SHAREHOLDERS  and SELL!!
