Response to dcjones4396
As i don't have the time nor the energy to respond to all, in very few cases i think it is warranted as i believe it would not only greatly improve the discussion, wherever that might be, but also enlighten all, whether friend or foe. Especially when it involves reasonable & logical debate, constructive criticism & actual facts. As it is the case here with Mr. dcjones comments. So without further ado, here's my short & breif reply.
"With all due respect, today's drop in share price on an uo copper day is happening throughout the sector, particularly with its peers."
Of course, you are partially correct here. But then again if you re-read my comments and actual sieze what i was referring to, it does not indicate as only "today" but a much longer period of time & much narrower scope. Hope that clarification makes it more clear what i was alluding to.
"Taseko, Copper Mountain, etc. are also down."
Curious? Please don't take this the wrong way or misinterpret what i'm asking here. But why after four years of being a SH member, have you only commented on only 3 companies with 90% of those focused on Taseko? 4 in total as of yesterday with those being your first comments on the NCU SH board in addition to that? Like i said, don't take this an attack, just trying to get an idea of what's happening here with your sudden change of routine. BTW you don't need to answer this query if you don't want to. Why i'm asking this is for two reasons, from over 25 years of being a follower of SH, 15 as an actual member & about 10 as a distant lurker, i've come to realization of a few concrete facts when it comes to others who are commenters. As it is the case with your membership here, which BTW isn't unusual, espcially these days, BUT does carry some caution with it.
"Further, share price amongst its peers have not been rising in this favorable copper market lately."
Well stated semi partial fact. Of course, this does not indicate a "bad" siutation for the miners though. It could just mean investors are going long the commodity & shorting miners. Or some other plausible reason. We just don't know.....yet.
"The same people you speak of above may also know of possible bad news coming soon."
Quite possible, but not certain. As it is the case with the contrary. Either way it just solidifies my position of what i stated previously.
"I don't own any shares in NCU as of yet but I am thinking of getting in soon. However, I'm waiting until I see the next substantial news release that explains their current production and progress updates. Not saying your wrong, personally just waiting to see what's what."
Very prudent & sound rationalization of the situation, have no qualms with they approach you are taking here & completely understand your hesitation to commit. Managment has exactly installed faith & confidence into past & current investors with all the actions they've taken in the last decade and have a long way to go to regain that trust. But just the fact that you ARE considering a possible investment here at these prices, put's you way ahead of the investor IQ curve when it comes to the masses.
"With copper still sitting around $4.50 US, they should all be moving higher, much like last times run up several months ago. In the mean time,"
Yes, they should be shouldn't they? But then again, appearance could be very decieving AND could give a false impression of what's actually occurring. And that could possibly translate into a most likely missed opportunity. The opportunity costs here are both numerous & grandiose, aren't they? Who said this would be easy? If it was, like the saying goes "Everyone (with a decent IQ) would be a millionaire"
"I wish you all well and may be joining you soon. Good luck and here's to hoping for some upbeat press releases coming soon."
Thank-you for both the kind thoughts & enlightening commentary and wish the best in your own personal endeavors as well. As for luck & hope, they are only 1/3 of the recipe for becoming successfull, the remaining 2/3 is ALL the individual investor himself/herself along with the decisions they make.

Great information, thanks for the time to lay that out clearly.
