WHY ISNT THE PRICE OF. NCU GOING UP??

Might it be that  potential buyers. Don't Trust PALA , or  don't have confidence in the abilities of the non independent directors - or recognize that VLAD makes all the decisions??

We may have to wait till  SPRING and the arrival of the Financial Statements!!

Scotia may B locked and stuk w the overallotments... if holders start to place buys @ 65 (250) and below; this will run the share price down..  250 is an imbalance and would not cross as 100 or 500..  U do this to about 10% of the trades now that the residual liquidy has been snatched... its a trading thought..  and as shareholders is a leg up on the bots who quash Ur ask prices

NS ~!  I hav buikets of them Common NCI..  its simple madnedd to double down in this NCI Double Allotment.. Liquidity comes thru the door when U walk into a broker - hand some cash for shares..  this is fresh cash.. this fresh cash is then moved thru the market maker and a dealer w/n that loop transferrs the stok. here Scotia - if the price is write sells the stok at "X"
