Given that here in Canada we cant even issue effective parking tickets- I do wonder who you might go to with your suggestion ?

It is not that I am disagreeing that with regard to this stock and  a conspiracy to defraud= the only issue who are you suggesting would be carrying out such a bad thing!?

i filed a complaint in writing w the TSX and the NCI Overallotment / Defraud.. i am not a registered securities dealer or a finicial advisor..  i did not take vlads equity and hand it to a shadow group hiding out behind Gurnsey.. and i did place buys starting @ 65 down to 62..  i want that stok down below 60 until traders liqidity and implied options volumes are reached.. if U paln to
