Certainly the retail investors in NCU would not be supporting VLAD L as a man who fled Russia and shows true western virtues. Rather the moves made by PALA while possibly legal are not illustrative of respect for western investors!

It will be interesting to see what VLAD, his son( one of 3 managing partners at NCU) do in the coming days ? Will  they go back to Russia to support his Bud Putin, or will PALA loose control of NCU pending the end of this invasion by the little short man aka PUTIN!

It will be very interesting to see how the stock reacts this morning?!
