The point being, Rocky is that Pala may have loan covenants, or have other financial demands to meet because of the size of losses in Russian assess value.  I know of an asset in the Nevada Desert he would take a huge hit on, but may have no other choice if he needs cash.  Many times it has been asked on this board:  what
