We need to know that fans are on site and hopefully installed. We need development costs now being covered by mine cash flow.  Ncu will burn extra on drilling and op development. However ug ramp up should continue to provide the extra funds. My guess is that ncu is close to some milestones and will hold off update until reached. So market is naturally being cautious. I unloaded a few at .75
