Insider trading = possible clues?

There are 2 groups of transactions of interest;

First posted are the sells  on January 28  0f 2022 where ;

Lorich Jr, #4,theCFO, Ernie N, & Michael Brown dumped significant # of shares;

- need to check if this was not a real sale- what was it?

- one wonders if by Jan 28 there would have been early results???

The 2nd group  are the buys by the CFO, the HR lady (?) and Randy at 64 cents
Their investment at this point is down 23%!

from 6 to ~ 10:00 about 150K in sales...   then about 50K in buys..  the sales were in lagrge bloks 50K and the couple buys @ 25/K..   trend is down w sales....

this is oldie news...  my suspect here is solway and thier lak fof transparency..   what is thee is kinda murky and a list of bad acts...  borderline mob actions.. i do not hav a lotta resources to dig into these trades..  but anytime i see several days of large blocks of storks being sold after hours into a dealers auction..   begin to think something is up or

imo, the selling is too clumsy to be pros. unless they are in desperate need for money.

i hav it about 1M over the last couple trading sessions..   and yes its rather sloppy and something i  would B biased towards as snack food..  dumping 50K$ every couple days looks like a rent check being paid... what i see as viewable.. is the small increase in volumes..  mostly in the 50 tom100K trade ranges tht are posted on marketwatch.. the problem w NCI and the TSX

totally possible.  as of today, it looks like small-time algo trading mapped partially  to Cu spot.  aside from that, the initial drop from .6 to .5 was driven more by retail wanting "cash is king" cash. rn, we have a copper spot instrument. And, imo, selling here or shorting could be dangerous if/when china decides to stop touturting their city dwellers or we get good

i am looking for the 60 mda around 5's...   nevada mines are down across the board...  its these 100K buys that catch they eye..  there hav been several...  trending now is simple sells.. otw - them insiders are underwater @ several points and raely sell if there is rumblings... i am still leaning to a sell..  RIO will want that track..  it has the

If a sale is in the cards, my guess is they want to keep operating while they redo the feasibility study @$4 copper and complete the drilling program so they can get the best deal. Any more SNAFUs in the underground mine will prevent that because another PP will he a disaster in this environment (war, famine, plague).  Even in that case, the property and permits are still a billion dollar
