Bankruptcy?

How will bankruptcy play out?  Anyone have a good idea?  I can imagine we get a fraction of the liquidity.  I'm just wondering what to expect in terms of share value.

never seen one before/nevada..  bondholders first - payla - then creditors and a few penies for the shareholders.. if it heads to banko - buyers will wait until the residual has been placed w a court appointed trustee..

Canadian creditor protection is not bankruptcy. bankruptcy 9/10 means shares are worth zero because bankruptcy usually happens when debts>assets. CP gives space to a company to come up with a plan to pay creditors without having creditors bully management.  This could be a new business plan if they can find someone willing to invest. or it can mean an orderly sale. in this case, because ...more

its Inked in the US.. as a bondholder/payla - they would get paid first and then a trustee is appointed 4 a sale..  we don't know what those bonds R leveraged at...  KiWi would B tied to that as a principal..  Payla probably issued a bond to the germans for the loan..  its a secured debt..  thats the nasty side... myself !  i think they hav a buyer...  i ...more
