Royalties and other trivia!!

There was a post regarding an increase in the royalty rate on the open pit operation!

that made me recall that the original property owner had a very significant royalty on the property which he was unwilling to reduce!

Thus it would be interesting to know how much of any future profit is already committed to various parties?

2023 will be an interesting year! With a few questions!!

-Will PWC be willing to continue to audit NCU?
I say this as the interim statements issued for 2022 are a fantastic glow of RED! Thus the question should these write offs have occurred in earlier years ? OR did the 2022 writeoffs go too far!!

- the importance of Randy Buffington to the success of NCU going forward!

-The big question will Vlad, his son &#3 and the band of Zug youngsters allow the experienced directors= at least 3 of them run the show??

-hopefully Randy is able to run the show? With the CFO resident in Yerington( unlike the previous CFO who apparently was hiding out in Canada!!)

-the big question -have the accounts payable been cleared?? If not who would want to do business with NCU when it is under VLAD's control?

-the unknown is what impact will the Russian invasion of Ukraine have on Vlad and his son??

-certainly Vlad and his son should avoid windows given the Russian tendency to fall out of them!!

- In summary this story isn't over- and the same question continues:

WOULD YOU BUY A USED CAR FROM VLAD!!

Good luck to all and enjoy your short time on the planet!

"the big question -have the accounts payable been cleared??" Hardly anything else indicates the present financial footing more than if they can and have paid over-due obligations.  I recall that they previously had to be sued by a contractor to make restitution.   It’s simple, how can anyone evaluate an investment without knowing the full extent of its accounts payable?  ...more

Rko !   PWC is the Certified Annual.. i don’t think credotors and KiWi Bank will standy-by for a new bookie..   the write-offs were a 5yr year re-satament to the IRS.. they could not claim earleir than this.. its a simple loss and they calimed a credit.. ergo PWC and the KiWi kicker..   ??? NCI is under review @ the TSX ??? what the issue ? Not stork price !   - ...more
