Good morning / happy Saturday. The recent post from Telemarketer regarding the delisting review "passing" is false.

There has been no such information posted on the TMX website link below where you can see for yourself.

Based on some research regarding TSX / TSXV reviews, if no answer was given within the stated review period, a voluntary event is in the works. Have a great weekend everyone.

Moving to the venture x is multiples less cost than on tsx. With the huge expansion plans, I would think they would stay where they r.  Market is liking something:)) nf

This is old news.  It passed back on Feb 27th. https://www.tsx.com/news/reviews-and-suspensions?id=675 I think the confusion is Stockwatch just posted it... however you'll note it references the TSX bulletin dated Feb. 27, 2023. https://www.stockwatch.com/News/Item/Z-C!NCU-3386195/C/NCU

The review was extended for 30 days on February 27, 2023. There was no mention of any review being completed. Also, I looked up the link you shared but why isn't this on the official TSX website? Shouldn't it be there too? https://www.tsx.com/news/reviews-and-suspensions?year=2023&month=4
