Question for Nevada Copper Investors

Another thought that came to mind/ observation is the following:  With Pala having the majority controlling stake in NCI, how is it fair that Pala can capitalize on the problems that Nevada Copper experiences, when Pala has control over the plans and direction this company goes in?

It seems like the more Nevada Copper runs into problems, the more opportunities Pala can acquire more shares at cheaper prices.. thus building a larger stake in the company...

It's difficult to fathom this but there is enough of a pattern / history here to question the integrity of this financier's agenda...

Is anyone else noticing this?

Probably not what you think. They started this journey as majority stakeholder.  If they deliberately submarined their own plans, just to dilute their shares and raise new capital to offset losses, all they did was waste their own time and money to get to the exact same point in time.

Yes 3. There is a bit of shenanegans as all bussiness does. A shenanegan can be very interperative:))  Most ug mines r full of boondogles. Ph not different. I was displeased with lack of timely communication at times. However, us ma and pops were in so much cheaper than pala and friends, one had to kniw, that if opportunity came, they would get averaged down.  So overall, I look at ...more

Thanks Nf, great points. I like the comment about value over dilution. To us shareholders (at least for me anyways) it's hard to understand the huge value NCI has especially with the tidbits of info we receive (which is also "old news" for insiders). There's no way financiers would invest so much funds with the same info we have. It's what gives me confidence (and headaches ...more

Thank you for your opinion and suggestions how we should understand the meager information at your command.  Personally, I’m tired of the vague references to PH developments you cite totally lacking in any specific detail or justification.   We happy you happy, but you satisfied is not something I would bet my money on.   Wishful thinking only hurts, it never helps.  ...more

"Can you share the link or address of the home in Winnemuca ..." Don’t know if I can.  Never had or needed an address, Winnemucca ain’t that big; just ask for the “L”, they’ll know what you want.  Don’t think they got a web page, I mean they can’t do business on the web now can they!   I’ll do better than that - I'll take you there next time you're in town.  ...more

Look at the shorting patterns that coincide with the different events and PP... I am not sure how many times I have to repeat this to you. What's your opinion on this btw? Did you ever investigate that? How is this pumping? If anything, this concern would drive the stock down, don't you think? How is me pointing out potential massive fraud,  pumping? Please explain or (please setup ...more

Hi McKay3, Good point too, thanks. Prior to each PP or PR Event about an issue, there were massive shorts prior (Check out how last Monday the stock was being drilled down before the market close and announcement of PP just after. These are people shorting the stock on insider info. This is illegal activity happening just in front of our eyes... While Pala may not have deliberately setup plans ...more
