Question about January 25, 2022 Special Meeting

Good day, it's been a while!

Quick question:

Below is a link to a PR regarding the January 25, 2022 shareholder approval for the exercise of 15,000,000 warrants that were issued to Pala during the November 2021 PP.

Was this vote meant for shareholders to approve Pala to exercise these warrants? Why would SH need to vote for this? The SP never hit the strike price of 0.85 CAD... but it expires January 2026...

Shorts were at 2.3 million that same month... Hmmmmmmmmm Looks like someone didn't feel it was worth paying 85 cents per share around that time and shorts were created to suppress or drop the price. Go take a look on the shorting!

P.S, shorts for the first half of May 2023 were at 2.4 million! The 15% discount on closing price of 31 cents  May 9, 2023 was 27 cents (the offering price). The SP was shorted to create greater buying power with this recent PP... smart move eh?

Anyways, 
TSX compliance department, New SRO (IIROC) and the British Columbia Securities Commission are all reviewing these findings I brought to their attention.
