CoalCorp suit - Further confirming theory of SP manipulation

Sharing with you an old article about a lawsuit that was filed by CoalCorp Executives against Pala Investments. Some of the allegations are scaringly similar to what we see going on with Nevada Copper Corp. Take a read. I'll post the 3 first paragraphs below the link to full article.

So when you ask yourself: Why is this stock constantly going down? Why is the MC always flat or depressed? Already 80% plus PE ownership pre-rev?? Yeah... chances are your intuition is telling you something and merits further investigating...(Regulators have been notified about all my findings) Reading this article confirms my theories that this stock is being highly manipulated.

For those holding and wondering wtf?? This article sheds some light on what is highly likely going on with  Nevada Copper Corp with a possibility of "stockholm syndrome" between Nevada Copper Corp and Pala Investments.

A group of former Coalcorp Mining Inc. executives has filed suit against Pala Investments Holdings Ltd., the resource fund masterminded by mysterious Russian billionaire Vladimir Iorich, alleging that Pala illegally gained control of the coal producer and is now driving the miner toward financial ruin so it can buy the rest of the coal producer on the cheap.

Pala participated in "an illegal creeping takeover of Coalcorp" that violated Canadian securities laws, claims the lawsuit filed in the Ontario Superior Court. Since gaining control of 44 per cent of the company's stock and securing seats and influence on the company's board of directors, Pala has sought to "deliberately reduce the value of Coalcorp shares," court documents say.

Coalcorp's stock once fetched more than $6 on the TSX, but has recently been trading hands for about 20 cents amid management upheaval and the cancellation of a key sales contract with commodity trading behemoth Glencore International AG.

Interesting.  I can't see why they'd do that to NCI now if they already have effective control?  I also somehwat recall patch alledging Solway of doing the same thing.   I cant speak to the past but the Buffington era of NCI things have moved in the right direction.  Pala certainly had been forking a lot of capital into this mine so i think they're serious about

I believe all stocks are manipulated to degrees of effort. It is the investors job to guess whether sp is above or below value. Who is selling and why, is a guess for me. It can be as simple as a minor fund selling, to a sister fund via shell game for accounting purposes.  I just believe sp is way below value. Across the valley ame is up a full bag in 2023. I do not know 3. But sp never does a full bag without a good announcement.  It could be as simple as another round of drilling on willow, whicould take it another bag. Or it could be major advance on ajax deposit, which could take it 10 or 20 bags. Nf

the ringer dinger was last week when i rec a proxy to vote for Lion Iron..  LI has an office in the state farm bldg @ Yet~!  couple of investors - one guy in N carolina and a couple others..  --> i did not save the roxy-foxy-proxy vote..  i did posT IT HERE.. what is funny --  they ae appointing a new BOD of directors and issuing 20% of the float to the directors
