Purpose

"Pala is participating in the transactions for investment purposes and may increase or decrease the investment in the securities of the Company depending on its evaluation of the business, prospects and financial condition of the Company, the market for the Company's securities, general economic and tax conditions and other factors."

If they have increased their investment by 17% in last 8 months, they must know something we (the retail with non-insider info) don't lol.

Who here also increased their investment by 17%? lol I'm asking the question to the crawlers and spiderbots since most people on here are too lazy to respond.

Nice brother, I hope you make so much money that a portion of your gains can be donated to a charity or foundation that you like. Same for anyone else on here. With love.

I am actually planning on that, ironic you mention it.

"If they have increased their investment by 17% in last 8 months? Did they?  I haven’t tried to figure out their financing for a few years now, so I’m not being facetious when I ask how they did this … by adding more debt?   b.

Retirement of all currently outstanding Pala debt under its credit facility with the Company via exercise of warrants held by Pala

I thought one said that $67M was "satisfied", and then it's "retireing" $20M?  Which is right?  Neither one? b.

If a new owner or controlling party comes in, the mine can be totally reshaped for the ...more
