from the NCI page link... thjere hav been several lawsuits - bad actors - luk of the draw for that dyke ..  the list is long but short on time.. "infrastructure as a processing hub" this is what Vlad is after...  he owns the potlatch mine up in pocatello idaho..  thats a rail operation and one of the largest.
