I'm a little puzzled (as I have been most of the time while invested in Nevada Popper). We got this Press Release today about ongoing negotiations, limited funding blah blah blah... But yet Nevada Copper recently attended a career fair last week??? So you're looking for new hires and yet you need money to continue operations? So many dichotomies!! Jeez!!

That was good info blake. And releasing a negative post on a Monday more, that typically opens down was a bit weird. Q1 is due in days. There we will get much more detail. Current mill production and head grade are my lookyloo.  Happy hoping:)) Nf

hm, I do not see a dichotomy. Pala wants to let the market know, that they want to sell at their price. And, that they are able to wait until negotiation brings this result. BTW, this is called TIOLI: take it or leave it... rgds, Tom

Not that surprising or unusual. They need to have the appearance of being a 'going concern', and they do honestly need qualified personnel at numerous positions to operate.  So they go through the motions of being a well grounded, well funded, ongoing operation. Thank you Cnynman, yes that makes sense about hiring for certain positions to keep the mine operating smoothly. Pala used to own a big chunk of Dumas mining (contractor for capital projects) and SMD is still at Nevada Copper I think? So the skilled positions would be hired externally / outsourced for the time being and it looks like Dumas or SMD may have connections to help with filling those

Could you elaborate on those 14 cent warrants blake?  Ie. How many?  When issued? I am wondering if u r confusing options with warrants?  If they r options, not much cash would b raised. Nf

Ok. If I read that right, the warrants cancel debt. So the debt is simply convertable. So Pala and friends r collecting 15% on the loans and can convert anytime up till year end. Nf

Shareholder approval is required for any exorcism of warrants. I think and trust with the spirits and universal powers that given Pala's average PPS (Price per share) obtaining common shares at 14 cents CAD would be a steal of a deal for them! If the warrants don't provide phunding, they provide a fantastic opportunity to average down and increase their steak in a multi billion dohlar
