Why would NCU declase bankruptcy Pala controls this would hurt themeselves, no?

Ding ding ding! You're right. They wouldn't. It'd be the equivalent of selling the assets.  They have control and they jave cash. They demonstrated many times they are willing to bankroll this puppy.   The situation today is dramatically different from only a few months ago.... namely copper price. Every day we're > $4 lbs we are cash flow positive

Thats what am thinking copper north of $4.5 cash flow positive Pala shoots themselves by relinquishing control and potential price appreciation of common shares in few years time as copper keeps at current prices or even higher.

the mine has to assume a court appointed..  those are generally corrupt

Yes, Pala needed sp to come down to get there average investment down. By the time the exorcized all there warrants and convertables, they will own over 90% @ about 0.25 cad.  So the down helped them and any other confident investor lower average big time. Likely no one is in as cheap as Dc jones. The creditors of the corp have agreed to keep deferring payments as the mine value keeps going ...more

Vlad/payla woulg loose N excess of several under hundred millions of dollars..  trustees are mad bugers ad get paid on what they sell..  they are auntioneers..  and would start arpoud 10 cents on the dollar.. that said...  lets get bak to the trading halt choir............ 65M$ /1430B = 0.045454545 toss in the USD Devaluations 0.050000 budget gap by outstanding shares ...more
