The creditors already own the business so there's little left to take over.  They (Pala and crew) owe themselves. im not sure what applies here.

who knows Gil has russian credentials…. Kazak Oil.. Alumn in the Donbass area..   came over probably w loric in 2008..   the other lorich also split… they may B on an expanding sanctions list.. may also give room for finance alternatives…   payla playing the bills down from 65M -2- 20 M$ and cutting off the tap. Suggest some 700,000 tons of finished russian copper

The market did not like it.   Something fishy here. You spend 1 billion to get to mine ramp and then can not find the last 20 million to finish. I think this is politics. Having a Russian oligarch owning a premium cryticle mineral in u.s. is maybe frowned on.   Especially as Europe and u.s. go on offensive. I think sp will recover somewhat and there will definitely b change

 It's the creditors with holding money so that they can take the mine away from the few remaining stockholders.  This is what I said would happen.

Exactly right. They've been using 'stockholders' dollars for several years to build up infrastructure for a future operation. Now they'll leave the stockholders with nothing, and assume ownership with infrastructure in place, and no debt.

Storkholders.. this is correct...as local its called an investment… 350 jobs up from 25 in less than 20 months… the baggers who come n here do not buy the stok.. lurk to suk a few pennies off of the local nvestors – they are clowns   ahw – the mine is caput.. nothing to song on…   I rec the notice yesterdayfrom my brokerage.. I did not install the cert.. I will buy the new owner
