This article is not about NCU however it does cover a topic I mentioned before, that being paid upfront copper deals.

Not saying one will land for NCU here in the short term etc but it's not impossible

Qin !  i am betting Hud..  they need the NCI property to make any money in this valley.. the Nic mine is producing and the infrastructure is in place..  expansions for an OP would not detract from the farming.. Yuk as may or april  thes onions are now really huge..  the hay farmers are re-jigging the fields and pulling out hay installing tik watering sistems.  the ...more
