Ya mac. I was totally expecting a change of control.   There have been a few done this year. But at firesale prices. So this special provision seams perfect. I am guessing, the lender will add directors. So it is a change of control in a sense. They have requested 20 million immediately to do the restructure. So I am guessing they will build the slurry piping to ne deposit and complete ...more

Fluff, I think you are delusional. The $20M is to pay salaries, expenses and benefits, most of them already incurred, and take steps to 'secure the asset'. This very likely means winding down so that equipment is not damaged or destroyed.  There will almost certainly be layoffs, particularly of the contract operations staff, and non essential on-site employees.
