Scenarios
Been in a few of these.
Most times shareholder gets 0.
Restructuring wipes out shareholders.
This one is different with the majority shareholder pulling the plug.
Reading tea leaves could be easier.
1/ operations halted
2/ wages to be paid
3/ no layoffs mentioned, but one should assume
4/ 60m to bailout to bridge for property sale.
Not chump change, who benefits?
5/ director resignations do not indicate positive for pala
6/ could be just chapter 11 to buy time, come out and all good
7/ could be shake n bake, buy up scared retail at pennies, but stock lives.
8/ financials are weird.
9/ forgetting the write offs, what are they losing per pound?
10/ property has significant value but does that meet the current debt?
Will be fun to watch.

RE 9/ $4 cu/lb AISC. RE 10/ last Q1 report showed shareholder equity about $0.16/share.
