My worry

I have never saw anything but common share on ncu. But I got cought once where preferred shares surfaced and I got stuffed.

Ya kw.   The loans r 1rst for sure, except for palas last 50 million 2004 unsecured. I suspect they were unsecured because they were convertable. However, they will b ahead of any equity value. Rio sits right next to pH testing there new insitiu leach tech. I am hoping for a fair value bid process, which should b no less than 2 billion. I always hope for the best, why I love NF.  Still mentally prepare for the worst. Rarely disappointed.... ;) so today they should announce the bidding process. I just checked the sh owners and quote page. Quote page still shows 300 thousand shares in circulation, but 1.1 billion others, which I am guessing are not. The 1.1 equals pala and Merc shares. It used to b about 1 billion in circulation.   You can not trust much on the sh reports. I guess we will find out soon. Copper heading up. Nf

Yep, the debt. Whether better dead than alive. Since guessing Vlad and Mercuria debt are higher than book. So value gets back to mine itself, etc. Naturally assume equity is better for both, but never know. Presumption is bancruptcy court will strip Vlad of his interest income and leave the value in the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Which figure at 20 cents. 50-50.
