My suspicion is

That pala and Merc have agreed to a minimum price with someone. That would be a starter on an auction. That would also set the price for the rest of us.

Hope that is so.

Minimum price which pays off loans etc, and leaves some for the shareholders? Possible, but my reading of the documents is that it will be an auction. If a minimum price that assumes it may not be sold. If that was the case would they have gotten the 60m? Best way i see shareholders getting compensation is a cash / share offer, cash pays off lenders, shares traded for shareholder equity. Some ...more

I think u miss understood me kw. A minimum bid would b as I said. The Start of the auction. If no one showed to the auction, deal would b done. Let's say 0.50 per share. The other bidders have had 35 days to evaluate. More weeks to change bids. I think I am becoming more confident. Nf
