Bid process

So sh are initial bid will need to be made public. Hoping it goes shareholders something.

Bidders may want to wrap things up before copper makes its anticipated surge.

Fair price today is about 5 billion. Rio could do that np. Also u.s. biggest miner Freeport.

Suppose Rio bid 4 billion subject to an early auction if there was a competing bid. So Freeport bids 4.1 billion. Barrick and goldcorp could be there as well.

Let's say by mid Aug, no one else shows and it goes t a 1 day auction.

The u.s. needs more copper.

Im just guessin, but if there is a stalker, it will be enough to pay the debts, nothing more. That will be the min bid. Nothing prevents the stalker grom upping their bid. Really depends on how much value they see i  the assets, and if several bid. Auctions people usually do their best to get a deal.

I am sure there is a stalker kw. What prevents them  from withdrawing is. the withdraw fees. Also they would lose there cost fees. Highest is there bonus of at least 1% of final bid which could net them 50 million. They will stick with there stink bid, acceptable to ncu. Nf

However, they likely have an affiliate ready to bid much higher. Mf
