market cap before close was 40 million.... the stalking horse bid is 125 million... seams fair... when pala was negotiating for a sale market cap was 140 million.... again 125 seams fair...
meye guess is pala will take this down at 250 mill, pay off DIp and Kentucky fried chicken guys....

Back in the November 2023 MDA it was indicated that discussions with a third party investor were had regarding funding under the same terms as Pala which didn't seem/seam to go through... Fast forward to 2024, Pala no longer wishes to continue funding or accepts a deal for change of control... What makes you think Pala can now compete with companies like Rio Tinto, Southern Copper, FCX, BHP, ...more
