Sorry, I don't understand how Nevada Copper has a BV of 16 cents USD per share and Filo has a book value per 37 cents per share and each having such a massive disparity in Marketcap cap with similar reserves.
Look at how much more youtube videos and marketing there is on Filo Vs Nevada Copper. Filo Corp published much more drilling results and are for more transparent with the public. That offer from BHP and Lundin came in the nik of time because it reveals what a land package in the middle of nowhere, no permits, with massive copper reserves is truly worth in today's market.
Nevada Copper is way more than it's under ground mine that they focused much of their efforts and narrative on... as per Tom Albanese, the UG and Open pit are not the star deposits... so how much is Nevada Copper truly worth? With two permits and close to transportation and electricity? Oh and in the USA?
It will look pretty bad and suspicious on Moelis's abilities if Nevada Copper doesn't sell for more than what Filo Corp sold for...
