Stroking horse bid is 300% higher than last closing price..
You see, if you shorted the stock at 7 cents and didn't buy back your shares in time (before halt) to close out your position and make all those wonderful gains, the stalking horse bid is now 300% the closing share price on the NEVDQ ticker symbol. So, your gains have technically disappeared and now you're still paying interest on that short...
The bidding process is actually well underway if the floor MINIMUM / MINI MOM bid is 300% higher than the last closing price :P
@ Patchh, yep, the shares are being delisted Aug. 21 so no more buying... Any form of consideration will be deposited directly into your cash account.
