speculations..  none...  even w delist the BR Court can apply @ 90 days..  the listing is valid and then dropped from iroc...  just search the TSX Delisting rules...

this is being approached as a restructuring...  Occidental and Caarl Icon shafted me or real close when he closed the deal - left out two 2B$ Demand Calls on Boonds

just hav to B carefull --  buy and close same day....
