the TSX will De-List NCi...  there are some rules up there on delisting..   the other issue is the US ADR is the CBOT in Chicago..  i hav no clue how U delist on the Ca Side whe the USA ADR has been moved to the Pinks..   the Big picture is the sale...  the players pulled in are putting a microscope on NCI and Pala.  the dillagance from what i perceive

Retired48, sept 6 2024 is the deadline to submit a bid. If there are competing  bids that are accepted, then an auction will take place in New York City on September 10, 2024. There will be a sale hearing on the September 25 to finalize everything.

Nf, shorter spin is the only one that makes sense why someone would be back day after day to bash a stock. No idea how the markets will handle a short on a stock that goes chapter 11 but never trades again so the short cant be covered. How does that work? They have to balance it. KW

I did a Google search and the below answers came up regarding an active short when a stock gets delisted. The most accurate answers will come from the shorter's broker. However, one puzzling question is what if the stock is worth much more after the sale is announced or is replaced with another stock? I'm pretty sure they pay the interests only until delisted and the transaction is

I have been invested in this operation since 2021.Took a gamble ,with the positive long term outlook for copper that this mine and land package would be successful. It has been failure after failure for more reasons than i care to recount. Very honest  If offer based on npv of just open pit resource then $1 would be the bottom. Dishonest to suggest otherwise. As i have been saying all the time, will be anywhere from 0 if only creditors needs met, to very high. Use the dishonest suggestion again and you go on permanent ignore.
