Delisting reason: Ban trading OF with or without exceptions

The BCSC stated the following:

The Issuer has not filed the following periodic disclosure required by the Legislation:
1. interim financial report for the period ended June 30, 2024,
2. interim management’s discussion and analysis for the period ended June 30, 2024, and
3. certification of interim filings for the period ended June 30, 2024.

there were 4 extensions in the iinitial halt.. soo the new CFO dropped the ball or simply remenmbered to file for a bonus... this is the problem w trhese palas... SSDD.. if the sorrry stoks remain.. thye will drive the prive in a sale and hurt the holders. they take 90 and it reopens @ 75 for the IROC Swap'ss
