Latest Question for Patch!
So Patch, after all the information on the court proceedings that has come out in the past few weeks, what is your up to date guess on what common shareholders get next month or so when this is all settled?? Ole slew is firm that all commons will get a big goose egg, zero, zip, nada. On the other hand, the Snuffleofagus remains in a dream status of $5 per share! What say you now Patch? Forget about all of the other stuff, simply give your best guess for all out here trying to read between the lines of your daily posts!

Depends. If few or no bidders, good chance shareholders get 0 Npv is meaningless if nobody is interested. If good bidding, tgey think the asset is worth it, permitted, infrastructure, easy to get to, patch estimate might be low. Be fun watching. KW

Alrighty then, that's your way of saying commoners get about two pennies per share when all wrapped in a tidy bow. Sounds about right, might be a penny high though!

Somebody need to tell the Snuffleofagus his dream value of getting $5 per share is about $4.99 on the high side. Suppose some credit should be given for keeping his dream alive during a bloodbath nightmare.

Hi Patchh, which docket reveals at least 40 major players?

40 sounds about correct. These r unsealed bids. So most of the 40 would be returned at a bidder cost of maybe 1 million. They could then rebid. By deadline there could b several competing bids. Very interesting:)) Nf

Nope, the deal is not done yet. No more aqua velva for you... I have a headache trying to follow what you're saying.

I believe you are dead wrong ew. Unsealed means open to approved bidders. This is called an auction from the beginning. So last chance to compete sept 6. Competing bids will go to a final cash only top up on the 10th. Highest cash bidder wins. It makes perfect sense to do it that way.. Ph is the mining prize. Nf

Sorry to break it to you, but what I explained in my previous comment (how the bid process works) is straight from the horse's mouth (Tracey Thom confirmed with me). You can email her as well to confirm it directly. Not here to spew misinformation like others.

Tt is just a hand holder. I will go by what courts say. No reason to have bids unsealed if one can not rebid. Each bid has a substantial price. Pay it and go again or get out. Nf

also allowed in this.. the two (et.al) bidders can NOW collude and do a joint bid.. they are anti-trust exempt and can legally wipe the other bidders / who are excluded from the jam-Boore-rhea.. who in theor could sue for bidd rigging.... that was in the initial rules along w the SH Provisions

There is no way any bids will b identicle. So bids come in 10% different. The final auction will be lessor bidder s agree to match high bid plus cash top up. Nf

Not sure on your math on that Joe. Patchy suggested 2b. That works out to be between $1 to $1.50 per share depending on parasites and other expenses.
