The UG has significant, ongoing issues that have yet to be officially solved. Winning bidder obviously has to deal with that entire mess! Further, the vultures circling above are all looking for a steal. Add in all of the necessary costs needed to get this mine back on its feet and you can easily see how the common shareholders get next to nothing. Sorry, thems the facts.

Howdy Joe, Maybe some bidders won't be as interested in the UG (for now) depending on their agenda... But when or if copper prices climb higher to justify such expenses to mine the UG, they have the infrastructure and setup there to do just that or... sell off the UG portion to a company that wants it. There are various ways that PH assets can be sold off and we'll find out soon how it

open interest on xopper is up to 120K and trading @ 425.  it will not stop going tinto 2025. otw the state and county is now interested in a rinky dinky dowa' there is going 2B one remediation and powere master blaster diaster Bond for that site.  that power line runs all the way across the state -2- the utah border.  to turn one motor on out there is something like 6500

JQS - the issues are not significant - there hav been no accidents out there.  the issues are simply managed oor Nev Mines will hav the mine on conditional waivers & we will know about it.  the issues are energy.  so much soo that the mine has been leasing Solar Lamp Stations for Nite operaions. expensive but less that a hard line burning 650KW per unit
