NCI was de-listed for not fliing their papers per a Sedar..
i n one of the dockets.. it was stated the mine was allowed 4 more extensions on the TSX..

lets gooo way out there.. on friday the TSX allows or re-list NCI (there R a pak of beagelsm up there in Ca - not shure which side they are on) on thursday - da Aug 5th..

when do U think NCI will announce a reversal (thats allowed under Nevada Case Law - DIlution N aA Sale is NOT); and if its hudbay... thats a remote possiblity..

I don't understand 99% of your post. NCI also didn't pay the listing fee to the TSX either which is why it was delisted. They are not coming back on the TSX. sorry. Source: Sedarplus.ca

BTW - my board IBRK shows the warrants as canceled and no forwarding address
