Their shares are hidden with the public float.

I don't see the above 2 investors on any of these court documents. Fox Rothschild LLP is local counsel for unsecured creditors. Are you confusing this law firm with Rothschild & Co Asset Management Europe SCS? They only have 700,000 shares, that’s peanuts compared to what Solway and Castlelake have. Those 2 investors are still holding shares as per SEDI.
