The stock will not trade before it is sold, so the warrants were effectively cancelled when they went ch 11 with no pathway to trading again.

Thanks for confirming that. With over 600 million warrants outstanding I was concerned about further dilution... the only dilution needed is for the aqua velva drinks Patchh and Slew are having...

Since we are talking silly , I'll like to see the shareholders get $3.80 per share . If I remember correctly that was about where it was before the big dump then dilution of 10 for one. -----.38cents  per share  then ----.  Happy dreams but not counting on it or even  a penny a share.

U hav nevada case law and relaxed canadian law... nobody here has a good compass..  its all guess work..  there are grifters - possibly sanctions - possibly a large buyer... witht the formation of Nevada Gold - its all Corp Cartel Now.. and that 250M$ Reclamation Bond is a Corporation Permit.  U may hav a permit to mine but no bond means no bonding or MSHA miners on that site..

That's not right.  Filo ain't in Nevada where "the middle of nowhere" actually is. I know for I live there in the center of a Playa (fancy name for a salt flat) near the center of Nevada that nothing for thirty miles in any direction has a name or even a spot on a map.  In fact, we can confidently assert that Nevada has more nothing than anywhere else on Earth.
